Returns

We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes a piece just isn't right. We accept returns based on the conditions below.

Please keep in mind that we are a very small business and returns have a big impact on us. We encourage you to read all the descriptions, look at all photos and videos, and to double check all measurements and sizes using a tape measure or ring sizer before making your purchase. Top Tip: If you are still unsure, sometimes it can help to cut a piece of paper out in the size of the item you are interested in to give you an idea of how it will look or fit.

UK Returns
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return it, please let us know within 3 days of receipt and return to us within 14 days of receipt. All notifications of intention to return must be sent by email to andgoldldn@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your full name, address, order number and reason for return. Upon receipt of the email, the return request will be reviewed and a return address provided.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the item(s) show evidence of wear, damage or alteration of any kind.

  • All returns must be sent in their original packaging via a fully tracked and insured service. Items are your responsibility until they reach me. Once received, returns will be assessed and, once approved, a refund will be issued via the same means payment was made.

  • We do not accept returns for bespoke or altered (i.e. resized) pieces.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless in the instance of gross misrepresentation.

  • Returns from outside the UK must have the necessary customs and duties forms attached. Packages must be marked as UK RETURN in order to avoid import taxes and duties. Any import taxes and duties incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original postage costs will not be refunded for international orders and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% to account for any costs incurred as a result of the sale/return, e.g. Express delivery surcharges, incurred by and covered by us, as a result of delivery to a "Remote Area", unless in the instance of gross representation.
