Shipping

UK Customers
  • Shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.00. This is a fully tracked and insured (up to £2,500) service and should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.

  • We aim to ship your order 1-3 working days after payment has been received.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control, including courier strikes and international customs delays.

  • If your order has not arrived, please check the tracking number that is provided by the website at the point of shipping. If it is showing as delivered, but you do not have the package in your possession, please check with neighbours, and in safe spaces in the first instance. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us and we will assist.

International Customers
  • Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your location.

  • For international orders you can choose between Tracked and Insured Standard shipping via Royal Mail, or Tracked and Insured Express shipping via DHL Express. Please note that standard shipping is much slower, and can sometimes take up to 2-4 weeks depending on location.

  • For all international orders, a third party insurance provider is used to cover the shipping. At the point of shipping, your email address will be provided to them and they will email you guidelines on what to do if your package arrives damaged.

  • For areas that DHL deems to be "Remote Areas" we incur a surcharge when using DHL Express delivery. This is covered by us, but please note that this will be recouped via a restocking fee in the event of a return being made. Please see our returns policy for more information and refer to the "DHL Express Remote Area List" if you think this may apply to you.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • All orders are marked as 'sale of goods'. For International orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay. Please ensure you make yourself aware of these before making any purchases, and ensure they are paid promptly to avoid delays.

  • Antique items are marked as such on customs forms.

  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount for orders returned to us as a result of failure or refusal to pay duties and fees. This is to cover any costs incurred by us as a result of the order being rejected.
