Please note: all our jewellery is pre-loved, vintage or antique. It is important to remember that pre-loved, vintage and antique jewellery is by definition; second hand. It has been worn for years, decades and in some cases a century or more. It is not new. Most items will show signs of wear and tear in line with their age and history. When describing our pieces we try to do so in as much detail as possible, calling out any noticeable imperfections in the description and photos. We are a very small business, and returns have a big impact on us. Before purchasing anything from us, please be sure to read descriptions throughly paying particular attention to dimensions and sizes, double check your ring size if applicable, look at all pictures and videos, and reach out to us with any questions.

 

Whilst we try to source the best quality pieces, and where applicable, we do our best to call out any defects or wear and tear in item descriptions and photos, as with any second hand items, we cannot guarantee your jewellery beyond the point of sale. Please keep in mind when wearing your new piece(s) that antique jewellery especially can be far more delicate than more recent pieces.

 

Whilst we cannot offer a return, do feel free to contact us if your jewellery becomes faulty after wear as we may be able to assist with repairs.
